Description:
A debate and networking meetup around the Fourth Industrial Revolution, AI and automation. Speakers who are directly involved with AI technology will discuss the robot revolution with social scientists.
If robots are stealing our jobs, should we plan for unemployment or…
Should we regulate robots by law, or invest in skills and jobs that can’t be automated? Should we fight the robot revolution or join it? Since robots are learning faster than we anticipated, beating humans at doing human things, is there anything they will never be able to do? (Except drinking beer?)
Our experts will tell us where we are with the AI revolution - what are the limitations of machine learning, what AI is teaching us about our own human minds, and how robots might force us to rethink the foundations of society. You'll be able to talk with and ask inconvenient questions of people directly involved in the progress of the Rise of Robots.
