Hello Product People !

We are happy to invite you to the first meetup in 2025 during which you will hear two interesting talks followed by networking part.

Our first guests will be Svyatoslav Hvozdynskyy who will visit us with his lecture:"How PMs can use LLMs"

He’d like to share how product managers can leverage generative AI tools to boost productivity and creativity.

1. We’ll explore how tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and NotebookLM can assist with research tasks.
2. Next, we’ll look at how Claude can help create quick UI mockups and prototypes.
3. Finally, we’ll review tools that are useful for crafting presentations and demos.

The goal is to provide a broad overview of what’s possible with GenAI tools and inspire everyone to experiment with these tools

BIO:

I’m a Product Manager passionate about exploring how generative AI can transform the way we work. I’ve gained experience across industries such as e-commerce, blockchain, adtech, and HRIS, and now I’m part of GPC’s GenAI Innovation Hub, where I help turn genAI ideas into real-world solutions. As a certified Google Cloud ML Engineer, I leverage my expertise to navigate the AI space and focus on building solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experiences.

Our second speaker will be Grzegorz Witek, who will tell us about "Building Teams That Believe, Not Just Execute"

In today's fast-paced product landscape, it's easy to get caught up in trendy frameworks and flashy metrics. But I believe the true impact of a Product Manager lies in the fundamentals: clear communication of goals, spreading a product vision, and building teams of mission-driven contributors, not mere executors. Too often, we focus on what's new and flashy, forgetting that the real power lies in returning to basics. Drawing on my own experiences and lessons learned, I’ll share how focusing on these core principles has helped me drive better outcomes, inspire development teams, and create products that truly matter—proving that the future of product management isn’t about following trends, but mastering the fundamentals.

BIO:

I’m a Product Manager with 4 years of experience, during which I’ve focused on understanding user challenges and finding creative solutions to common problems. Having worked in industries such as MedTech and FemTech, I enjoy applying Product Discovery methods to create user-centered products. Currently, at XTB, I focus on optimizing client registration and activation processes to ensure seamless user experiences.
