Talk #1 “Processing JSON Files from Azure Blob Storage: Flattening in Azure Databricks and Analyzing in Power BI” by Agnieszka Lisek, Senior DW/BI Software Engineer
During that talk you will learn how to transform complex JSON files stored in Azure Blob Storage into a structured format suitable for reporting. You will gain isights into the entire process, from developing Python scripts to flatten nested JSON data, to storing data in Delta tables within Databricks, which served as the foundation for Power BI reports. This session will cover the key steps taken, the challenges encountered, and the results achieved, demonstrating how this data pipeline enhances data accessibility and reporting efficiency.
