Zmnako Awrahman, Ph.D.:
is a generative AI Practice Manager at AWS Generative AI Innovation Center with extensive experience in helping enterprise customers build data, ML, and generative AI strategies. With a strong background in technology-driven transformations, particularly in regulated industries, Zmnako has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with implementing cutting-edge solutions in complex environments.

This talk introduces FMOps (Foundation Model Operations) and LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations) - the unique challenges and solutions for productionizing generative AI on AWS. It highlights the key differences between MLOps and FMOps/LLMOps, focusing on foundation model selection, evaluation and fine-tuning. The talk covers the different personas and specific roles involved in the respective workflows of FMOps, and finishes with additional resources on for further dive deep into FMOps.
Tomasz Dudek:
He started his career as a Java developer, but quickly fell in love with machine learning and cloud technologies. He now applies his experience of producing clean code when developing AWS infrastructure. He has been awarded the title of AWS Machine Learning Hero and organizes AWS User Group Wrocław and AWS Community Day Poland.
