My presentation aims to provide actionable insights for entrepreneurs and product teams on how to effectively navigate the critical early stages of product development using Product Discovery techniques

18:40 - 19:10

Speaker: Karol Kłaczyński

Topic: Implementing Product Discovery in an already existing product

Abstract:

During the presentation you’ll learn about the experience of an (ongoing) process of implementing the Product Discovery process in an already existing product - Brand24 platform. I’ll cover the following topics:

  • Which rules are the most important when you think about starting the process,
  • Where to start and why,
  • The stages we went through so far,
  • The results,
  • The challenges we faced or still face,
  • Where are we now, what do we use and what not.

The goal of the presentation is to provide a quick view of the path that the platform took 1,5 years ago and that is still being followed.
